Production Notes: Press lots were aged in 15-gallon oxygen permeable tanks for 1 year. The wines were then blended and barreled down for an additional 6 months to age and harmonize in neutral French oak barrels.

Winemakers’s Notes: The time-tested cameraderie between Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre is once again affirmed here. Equal parts fruity, earthy, and savory, this wine is sure to please the palates of the novice and the connoisseur alike!
